Sharpener for straight blades

The ZX-L sharpening machine can be available in two versions: with a useful sharpening length of 1230 mm or 1400 mm.

With its rotating magnetic plate, it is ideal for sharpening paper knives, wood chipper knives and recycling blades (plastic shredder) with max. width.

In addition, it is possible to sharpen planer blades, hard metal profiled plates (with optional specific magnetic plate) as well as Tersa type disposable blades (with optional specific locking device).

Main features:

· Steel tank; Linear carriage guides with recirculating ball bearings;

· Grinding wheel motor 1.5 kW (2 HP) at 2800 rpm;

· Manual or automatic grinding wheel descent group with wire increment;

· Automatic stop at the preset level;

Head tilt for concave sharpening;

· Mechanical rotating plate 0° - 90°;

· Cooling pump;

· Trolley drive via a chain.
