Machinist position - Programmer
Main functions: ​ Carbu Diam is the leading manufacturer of diamond and CBN wheels in Canada.
Based in the Colbert industrial park, in Quebec, the company has been in business for over 32 years. ​
We are a manufacturer of custom grinding wheels, our expertise allows our customers to optimize their sharpening and thus improve the operations necessary for their tool production.

The work will mainly consist of: Operate a water cutting machine,
Use of a 3-axis machining center, Mastercam programming Simple parts to work with, not complex.
Training and requirements:
Machinist experience required and or machinist course.
- Good dexterity and precision of execution

Experience in the industrial field would be an asset, and secondary 5 diploma required.
The work will consist of being in the press operations for the diamond grinding wheels.
Which means operating a sand and air blast machine, molding and demoulding of parts and maintenance.
If you want to learn, acquire new knowledge, have good dexterity and excel in detailed work, with us the tasks will be varied.
Several tasks are automated within the laboratory.
Training is included and at our expense.
