Grinding and sharpening machine for industrial knives and blades

The KS250 sharpener model allows you to sharpen all types of blades such as blades used in the paper and cardboard sector, shredder blades (wood, plastic, rubber, cables, ...), unwinder blades, guillotine blades and knives with carbide cutting edge.

This machine is also used for grinding plates and mechanical parts. The KS250 is available in several lengths from 1000 mm to 7100 mm and more for special requests.

Technical characteristics:

· Vibration-free and noise-free head; Anti-friction side and top pads for moving the carriage covered with PTFE;

· Trolley drive by toothed belt which allows smooth translation and no play when reversing;

· Variable carriage travel and speed;

· High flow of coolant on the workpiece through 3 diffusers, including a central one in the axis of the grinding wheel;

· Automatic work and icing cycle by PLC;

· Angular divider for rotation of the plate with mechanical brake +/- 90°;

· Transverse adjustment of the head position by steering wheel
