Double head sharpening machine, with PLC control, for circular knives

The CK 300TH sharpening machine is equipped with a double sharpening head for simultaneous machining of the bevels on both sides of the circular knife, which reduces the machining time for this type of knife, and for a burr-free finish of the cutting edge.

The sharpener can also machine knives that have a bevel on only one side of the knife.
Machining with coolant and emulsion lubrication, for sharpening knives in carbon steel, stainless steel, HSS and solid carbide. The machine is extremely easy to program.

It is carried out using a touch screen PC panel and a menu-driven operator interface to enter machining parameters and operate the machine.
The CK 300 TH sharpener is able to sharpen batches of knives to the same diameter.

The control system indicates on the display the current absorbed by the grinding wheel spindle motors, the time remaining at the end of the automatic cycle and the machining time.

The CK 300 TH sharpener can be equipped with a remote assistance program if required.
