Router for removing teeth from HSS and friction circular saws

The RS 500 sander is used for complete tooth removal from circular saws and friction saws, if the saws have broken teeth.

The removal operation takes place in a short time, thanks to the machining with two coupled wheels, the rigidity of the mechanical assemblies of the machine and the rigid mounting of the circular saw with flanges.

The cooling system provides a large amount of coolant to the machining point, ensuring perfect cooling of the machining process, thus avoiding overheating of the circular saw and the resulting loss of hardness.
