CNC sharpener for circular saws cutting metals

The REKORD 500 CNC grinding machine uses CBN or diamond grinding wheels to achieve high surface quality and precision, with reduced machining times. Machining can be carried out with coolant and lubrication in the form of emulsion or neat oil.

The sharpener can also be used by an inexperienced operator, the extremely easy programming of the sharpener is fully digital, with data entry according to an easy to learn, operator-assisted guided menu, displayed on a large screen.

The tooth angles can be programmed freely and individually to obtain the tooth geometry best suited to the material to be cut.
The geometry and profile of the teeth are automatically calculated and programmed according to DIN standards, but if necessary it is extremely easy for the operator to modify the geometry of the teeth anyway.

The high-pressure cooling system ensures perfect process cooling, and the coolant purification systems with automatic controls ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of the coolant.
