Chamfering machine for circular saws in HSS and with added segments

The POLAR ACM 650 chamfering machine is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and can be programmed and used even by an inexperienced operator; the machine is adjusted via the control panel and simple and precise mechanical controls, with sequential operations.

For chamfering teeth of shape AW, BW, C, HSS circular saws and segmented saws.

Machining is fully automatic; machining is carried out in a single revolution of the circular saw, with automatic stopping at the end of the machining cycle.

The machining speed is extremely high, up to 70 teeth per minute can be beveled.

The mechanical grinding wheel dressing device guarantees perfect grinding wheel geometry to obtain a correct tooth bevel.
