Automatic sharpener for chip breaker discs

The MICRON 650 sharpening machine is controlled by PLC, it can be programmed and used even by an inexperienced operator. The machine is adjusted by simple and precise mechanical controls, and by the control panel, with sequential operations.

Chip-breaking teeth, used for cutting tube, provide higher feed speeds of the circular saw, longer life of the circular saw and better finish of the cut surface.
Machining is fully automatic and is carried out in a single revolution of the circular saw, with automatic stopping at the end of the work cycle.

The pressurized grinding wheel electro-spindle is controlled by a variator, with an electronically variable rotation speed, for optimum grinding wheel performance, whatever its diameter.
